A sapphire and diamond leaf brooch, in the style of Van Cleef & Arpels, circa 1950s, encrusted with circular-cut sapphires and a row of graduated diamond as the stem, brooch fittings to the reverse, unmarked metal testing as platinum and 18ct gold, 3.0 cm long, total weight 8.5 grams.
