the white enamelled dial marked 'Gaston Jolly A Paris', the case modelled with two seated lithe ladies consulting a map on a table, with a sphere on a plinth between them, one holding a book, with books and a scroll behind the chairs, the group mounted on a shaped base with applied navigational instruments and cherubs, with five shaped feet, some detached.

Condition Report

Some wear to gilding throughout. Screw-on feet detached. Clock mechanism unexamined, but chime movement working.
