A late 19th century Wedgwood black basalt library bust of Milton by E.W. Wyon for Wedgwood, modelled as the English poet John Milton, mounted on a short wasted circular socle, impressed to the back of the bust 'Milton' 'Wedgwood' 'E.W. Wyon' and date letter 'F' for 1877', and seperately impressed to the base with 'Wedgwood' 'England', together with a 19th century basalt wine jug with classical relief scenes and grape vines, marked to underside with date letter 'Y' for 1870, and a small early 20th century lidded pot, the bust 33 cm high.
