A half hunter pocket watch, to an Albert chain, with additional 9ct gold retractable pencil; The half-hunter pocket watch cover, featuring a keyless wound movement and blue enamel Roman numerals, opening to a 3.5cm glazed white enamel dial with Roman numerals, the reverse featuring a crest engraving, reading ‘nil sistere contra’, testing as 14ct, inner case marked ‘AB’ and testing as 14ct, total weight of pocket watch approximately 59.2 grams; The Albert chain approximately 40cm long, clasps on each end stamped ‘18c’, total weight of chain approximately 11.1 grams; The 9ct gold retractable pencil engraved with ‘R.S. – EAGC, 16th April 1929’, hallmarked 9ct gold, London, dated 1928, makers mark for Sampson Mordan & Co, total weight of pencil approximately 20.4 grams; Total weight of items approximately 90.7 grams (3).

Not currently in working order, the movement is wound solid.
The half-hunter cover catch is worn, cover can pop open if not closed firmly. Latch release in good working order.
Wear to blue enamel on half-hunter cover.
Small scratches, scuffs and dents to all three components consistent with age and use.
