Condition Report
This is not a weighted set. Black pieces - King has had the cross broken off and re-attached and painted. Four points chipped off the Queen's crown. Rooks, Knights and Bishops are in good order. There are four matching pawns, of the other pawns one is obviously much heavier than the rest and has a split in the base, the other three have rounded knops as opposed to bladed knops.
The white set - the cross of the king looks to be varnished unlike the rest of the piece. There is a chip to the Queen's crown. One Bishop has a very fine split to the base. The Knights are in good order but a tad dirty and used. One Rook has a chip to a turret. All the Pawns match with only very slight variations in the turning.
The other set is a very standard example, but perfectly serviceable. There are no obvious faults on the pieces.
