A Moorcroft Hibiscus pattern vase, of tapering form, the lustrous red and yellow flowers against a dark blue ground, green inscribed initials, factory impressed marks and applied label 'Potters to the late Queen Mary', 17.5cm
The red glaze pooling in the base and interior rim leads one to suspect that this may have been an attempt at a Flambe finish that didn't quite succeed.
