A large Victorian shell cameo brooch with a biblical scene, depicting The Holy Family in a landscape seated under a palm tree, after Raphael, mounted in a scalloped surround with scrollwork engravings and flare edge, fitted with tube hinged pin stem, C-catch and safety chain, cameo signed 'Dura', yellow metal unmarked, testing 15ct, 7.2 x 6.9 cm, the total weight of item 37.4 grams.
