A heart locket pendant on chain set with sapphires and diamond, the heart-shaped pendant centred with an old-cut diamond, surrounded with pavé-set circular-cut sapphires, glazed compartment to the back, in bi-colour metal surface tested as 14ct and silver, 3cm drop; on a 43cm long keshi pearl link chain in white metal surface tested as 18ct; cased in a heart-shaped box, total weight of item 8.6 grams.
