First commissioned by Herman Miller from the renowned designers Charles & Ray Eames and released in1956 and rapidly became the epitome of American mid-century design.

Condition Report

Both chair and ottoman are unmarked in the casting or with applied labels as to makers.

The bonded leather has cracked and perished but doesn't seem to have any holes.

The chair is difficult to rotate on its pillar but does with some force.
