Condition Report
The canvas has been lined. Frame abrasion visible to edges, and minor losses to corners. Surface dirt visible throughout. Some scattered areas of minor craquelure, and a few small chips and scratches. Old discoloured retouching is visible to the naked eye, most noticeably along the top and side edges and some infilling of craquelure in the sky. The discoloured varnish blocks a reading from the UV light.
