This sale truly provides something for everyone, from fine ceramics to toleware trays, decorative lighting to a chinoiserie piano. Everything was specifically sourced for what was arguably one of London’s grandest private residences, and one which has been lovingly refurbished by the clients.

Interior Snug

Nicky Haslam, described as ‘Britain’s ultimate interior designer’, is equally known internationally for having an A-list clientele whom have subscribed to his traditional country house style. With this project he proudly proclaimed to ‘have a bit of fun’ with the interiors, and took particular care in sourcing appropriate antiques and other contents offered in this sale.

Collette van den Thillart a partner of the Nicky Haslam Studio worked alongside Nicky to create a playful yet sympathetic interior to a 17th century Grade II* listed building. In her own words, being an interior designer is, ‘to take risks, stimulate the senses’ which certainly paid off with this Chelsea mansion project.

This sale provides something for everyone, from clocks to ceramics, antique furniture to paintings, modern furnishings to lamps. All made to the highest standard and maintained in beautiful condition.
