An unheated colour-change Ceylon sapphire solitaire ring, featuring an oval-cut sapphire of medium purplish-blue colour, measuring 12.2mm x 8.4mm x 8.0mm, with an estimated carat weight of 7.61ct, claw-set between triangular shoulders set with diamond accents with an estimated total weight of 0.12ct, to D-profile shank in unmarked yellow metal surface testing as 18ct, size T½, 6.6 grams.
Accompanied by a verbal report from the Gemmological Certification Services confirming the colour-change sapphire to be Sri Lankan in origin, with no indications of heating. (Ref: 5786-0602)
