A large heart-shaped emerald dress ring, the emerald measures 13.8 x 15.0 x 8.2 mm, claw-set to the centre between trumpeted shoulders of scroll form, embellished with baguette-cut diamonds and sapphire cabochon terminals, leading to a tapering flat shank, unmarked yellow metal testing as 18ct, size O, 11.1 grams.
