Richard Fenton of London (1784-1815) A fine pair of early 19th century cased .54 (?) flintlock duelling pistols with usually short faux Damask octagonal barrels, and ebony and cow horn rammers slung below, the barrels and side locks engraved "R. Fenton, London" with silver lined touchholes, safety catches and spur trigger guards the full walnut stocking with finely chequered pistol grips, the oak case with folding handle and a fitted interior lined in claret Shutford plush with grease tin and copper powder flask, bullet mould and eboney handled loadingrod/ball puller. 24 cm long the pistols.
