The watch is currently running, no long-term tests have been performed and accuracy cannot be guaranteed, a full service is advised on all watches and pocket watches once purchased.
Scratches, scuffs and dents to metal surfaces consistent with use.
Very slight marks and scratches to crystal, seen under 10x loupe.
Debris to some areas, such as to case back and between lugs.
The reverse of the lugs each marked with ‘Au750’, international convention mark for 18ct gold, ‘PPCo’ and the Swiss Saint Bernard 18ct gold stamp respectively.
Buckle also marked with ‘Au750’, international convention mark for 18ct gold, ‘PPCo’ and the Swiss Saint Bernard 18ct gold stamp.
Wear to strap; Slight discolouration to outside of strap consistent with use. Cracking to strap along grain of leather in the region of the buckle holes. Rubbing to the very end of the strap, consistent with use.
Inside of strap is wearing away in some areas, cracking also seen, some losses.
Buckle sees scratches, scuffs and small dents consistent with use.
