A Victorian old-cut diamond and enamel brooch cum pendant, with an estimated total diamond weight of 4.40ct, of floral design, the flowerhead motif set in cobalt blue enamel, centred with a diamond cluster and further graduated diamond accents to the petals, the engraved frame embellished with six old-cut diamonds in buttercup mounts, a hinged bail and detachable brooch fittings to the reverse, unmarked yellow metal testing as 18ct, 4.3 cm wide, in a Wartski fitted case, 25.0 grams.
