A Victorian Alexandrite and diamond cluster ring, centred with an oval-cut colour-changing chrysoberyl measuring 6.0 x 5.0 x 3.2 mm, of bright bluish-green colour (greyish-purple under incandescent light), encircled by nine old-cut diamonds with an estimated total weight of 0.54ct, to a yellow metal shank surface testing as 18ct, ring head 1.4 x 1.2 cm, size M½, 7.3 grams.
Accompanied by a verbal report by GCS stating the chrysoberyl is of natural origin, India, with no indications of treatment. (Ref: 5786-0437)
