A Victorian diamond heart pendant, circa 1900, set throughout with round old cut diamonds with a total weigh of 5.70cts, with glazed locket to the reverse, convertible from brooch to pendant, with a white metal chain, and a fitted case for Spink & Son, London, with crest for Royal Warrant. Heart measuring 25mm x 24mm (not including bail), length of chain 41.5cm. Total weight 13.2 grams.
