A star sapphire and pearl dress ring in 18ct gold, centred with a collet-set round star sapphire of bluish-purple colour, measuring approximately 13.0mm x 12.8mm, encircled by a row of nine split-baroque pearls, interspersed by collet-set single-cut diamonds, to a tapered wire gallery and a two-toned wire ring shank, signed ‘B. Jacot’ with makers mark for JS Cattermole, London 2000, size O ½, 24.2 grams.
