A French parquetry inlaid, mahogany marble-topped, chiffonier, in the manner of J. H Riesner, late 19th century, with a white marble top over a gilt metal fruiting laurel frieze and a pair of panel doors inlaid with a reciprocal net and rosette design, fitted with gilt metal mounts throughout and Sevres style porcelain panels, supported by turned trumpet legs with conforming gilt metal mounts. 136 cm wide x 44 cm deep x 105 cm overall height.

The right side of the carcass has a shrinkage crack that runs vertically, and the porcelain panel on the frieze is cracked.
