A Steinway of New York baby grand piano No 212527 (1922) with rosewood case. The cast iron inner frame bears the legends "Repetition Action Pat, Capo D'Astro Pat, Duplex Pat". The keyboard with ivorine and ebonite keys, supported on square tapering legs with spade feet and recessed brass castors. 145 cm wide x 185 cm long x 100 cm high

Condition Report
Each key sounds a corresponding note (no dead keys) the pedals move freely,
I can't see any cracks in the iron frame.
The case has some chips to the side of the keyboard and the piano lid show some degradation to the polish it has started to lift from the surface due to the oxidation and losing its flexibility by direct sunlight it may revive but a re-polish may be required. as the surface is also faded.
