An early 20th Century natural pearl necklace with diamond-set clasp, comprising a single-row of graduated round natural saltwater pearls, sized from 3.5mm to 7.5mm, hand-knotted to a diamond-set clasp, featuring a central old-cut diamond of estimated 0.83ct, in a millegrained collet setting, the oval-shaped clasp further grain-set with ten graduating old-cut diamonds, encircled by a grain-set border of forty-four single-cut diamonds, the outer edge highlighted with millegrain detail, the clasp in unmarked white metal surface testing as platinum, with additional safety chain, the necklace measuring 52.0cm in length, 20.0 grams.
Together with a GCS verbal report stating the pearls to be natural saltwater, numbered 5786-1084 .
