A Victorian diamond crescent brooch, fully encrusted with old-European cut diamonds, claw set to a crescent formed openwork mount, to tube hinged pin stem and a C-catch, attached with a safety chain, metal unmarked, tests as platinum and 15ct gold, safety chain tests 9ct, measures 3.2 cm across, total weight of item 6.3 grams.
