A floral duette brooch set with sapphires and diamonds, comprising two detachable flowerheads, each centrally set with a cushion-shaped scissors-cut sapphire, compassed with old-cut diamonds set petals, blooming from a stalk bar-set with rectangular french-cut and step-cut diamonds, surrounded by foliate motifs set with single-cut and old-cut diamonds, interspersed round sapphires in between, fitted with double pin-stem, clipped to a white metal mount for brooch conversion, fitted with hinged pin stem and lever safety catch, white metal unmarked, combined width 5.8 cm, total weight of item 19.9 grams.
