Notes: John Wooley came from a well-known and respected line of clockmakers working in and around Codnor in Derbyshire.

Condition Report

Two lead weights but NO pendulum is present

The movement seems intact but looks as if it hasn't run in some time.

The hood door glass is cracked

The reverse of the dial bears an inscription, see the images.

The hammer has an old "tinker's type repair.

The hood and case are in nice crusty condition with a good patina.

The trunk door is locked but no key is present.
