Sir Peter Markham Scott (1909-1989), CH, CBE, DSC*, CH, CBE, FRS, FZS, an archive of personal sketches, letters, photographs and other items, from the collection of Clive Wilson, a friend and acquaintance of Scott, comprising original letters exchanged between the pair, a signed framed print, dedicated 'To Clive, From Peter, August 1940', a small group of original watercolours and sketches of birds, all by Peter Scott, a framed and signed photograph presentation of Wilson, Scott and other friends on a shooting trip in 1936, an album recording various shooting trips in the 1930s, black and white photographs, two 'Game Register' records, manuscripts of 'Children's Hour' radio broadcasts given by Scott (1930s), two books 'With Scott to the Pole - Retold by Harold Marshall', published 1936 and 'Self-Portrait of an Artist', from the diaries of Lady Kennet [Kathleen, Lady Scott, wife of Robert Falcon Scott and mother of Peter Scott], with assorted other ephemera.

Condition Report

All items are in used, but presentable condition. Some folds, foxing and creasing to the loose artwork, with scuffs, foxing and wear to the various books. Framed items with no damage, but general wear to the frames.
